My Journey to Becoming a Wedding Photographer

Hey! I'm Dan...

I'm so pleased that you're here. I've been working as a Wedding Photographer for the  past 7 years now and I still can't believe how lucky I am to call this my job.

Born in Bristol and surrounded by beautiful areas, it was inevetible for me to pick up a camera and start taking photos of everything. 

I first picked up a camera at about 10 years old, recording family moments on VHS. Another passion of mine at this time was music. I was a drummer from 8 years old until 16. During this time I played across the UK, as well as Belgium and Holland.

The arts have always been a huge part of my life. I studied Media, Art and Photography in A Level and Television Production at University. Following University I have worked in TV on programmes for Netflix, BBC, Apple and more. 

Naturally, this led to my first Wedding Videography job. I absolutley loved the buzz of a wedding day but I always knew that I wanted to move to photography. After building up a bit of experience I landed my first Wedding to photograph. I've never looked back since.
